1. Definitions
- Account: a unique user account you create to access features of the Service.
- Subscription Plan: any paid service tier offered on the Site.
- Free Trial: a limited period during which you access paid features at no cost.
- User Content: information or materials you submit through your Account (excluding images, which are prohibited).
2. Eligibility & Account Creation
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
- To use certain features, you must register for an Account with accurate information and a secure password.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your Account.
3. Subscription Plans & Free Trial
Subscription Plans
- We offer various Subscription Plans detailing features, billing, and pricing. Plans start at ₹15,000 per month.
- Payment is due in advance and non-refundable except as required by law.
Free Trial
- New users may be eligible for a 30-day Free Trial.
- At the end of the Free Trial, your Account will convert to the paid plan unless you cancel beforehand.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free Trial at any time.
4. Prohibited Content & Use
- You may not upload, post, or transmit images to the Service.
- You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:
- Violating any applicable law or regulation.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service.
- Attempting unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
5. Feedback & Suggestions
By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and implement such feedback without compensation or attribution to you.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding your User Content) are the exclusive property of Artallur Technologies India LLP.
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
7. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artallur Technologies India LLP and its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts of competent jurisdiction in Belgaum, Karnataka.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms here. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
