Selling more does not mean earning more.
Fees you never see added up
Referral, closing, delivery and storage, product by product. Amazon's actual fees once a day settles; newer days are marked as estimates.
Ads on products that lose money
Ad spend set against each product's margin, so a loss-maker can't hide behind a good ACoS.
Returns and refunds
By product and reason, taken off the sale they came from.
Costs that change
Enter each stock batch with its date and cost; profit follows first in, first out or the weighted average.

Up to twelve months in the product, as far back as your plan reaches. Sales open into Sponsored Products, Brands, Display and organic; advertising into each ad type.
Your buying price changes. Your profit should follow it.
A single cost per product is wrong the day your supplier changes the price. Enter each batch with its date, units and cost, one by one or from a spreadsheet, and sales use the units they came from.
| Batch date | Units | Cost / unit | Sold from it |
|---|---|---|---|
| 12 Aug | 100 | ₹210 | 100 |
| 20 Sep | 200 | ₹240 | 50 |
| 5 Dec on order | 300 | ₹225 | — |
| 150 units sold | ₹33,000 |
And the rest of what a seller asks.

The newest days are estimates.
One product's forecast is a range.
Stock age depends on what Amazon lets us read.
Ordering is per product, not per warehouse.
Discounts reach back 200 days.
Three steps to your first statement.
Create your account
With Amazon or Google.
Connect Amazon
Your Ads account and Seller Central. The P&L only reads them. Your 7-day trial starts here, and your history fills in as Amazon sends it.
Add your costs
Type them in or upload a spreadsheet, and see net profit for each product.
The P&L plus the Chrome Extension.
Try it for 7 days. Then one simple price.

Full Platform: profit, ads and automation together
Includes the P&L and the extension, and does the work too. Inventory Planning: what to order, forecast, stock age · Automation for bids, budgets and negatives · Campaign, search-term and product analysis · Smart Alerts when something moves · An AI Copilot in ChatGPT or Claude.
Before you decide.
What do I need to connect?
Your Amazon Ads account and your Seller Central account, both of them. ScaleSKUs reads your sales, fees, returns and ad results from them, and the P&L changes nothing in either account.
Is there a free plan?
No. Every account gets a 7-day trial when it connects Amazon; after that it comes with the Essential pack at ₹499 a month, together with the ScaleSKUs Chrome extension. The Full Platform already includes both.
What counts as one brand?
The Essential pack covers one brand, the account name Amazon shows, in all its marketplaces. Each further brand is ₹199 a month before GST.
Where do the figures come from?
From Amazon's own reports through its official APIs: sales, orders, fees, storage, reimbursements, returns, stock and ad spend. Your product costs and other expenses come from you.
Does it work without my product costs?
Yes. You see everything down to profit before product cost. Add your costs and it becomes net profit, margin and ROI.
How do I add product costs?
Type them in or upload a spreadsheet: one cost per SKU, or stock batches with a date, units and cost per unit. Costs can be first in, first out or a weighted average. A batch dated ahead counts as on order.
Can I move up to the Full Platform later?
Yes, any time. Your data and costs come with you, and every Premium plan includes everything in the pack.
Which marketplaces does it cover?
Every marketplace your Seller Central and Ads accounts sell on, in that account's currency. GST applies to Amazon.in.
Is it for vendors too?
It is built for sellers: the fees, orders and returns it reads are Seller Central's.
What do you keep about my buyers?
The city, state and postcode of each order, for the view of where orders go. Never the buyer's name, e-mail, phone or street address.
How do I cancel?
From the plan page, any time. The P&L stays open until the end of the term you paid for.

Example figures are illustrations, not a real account. ₹1,000 Cr+: the sales of the accounts connected to ScaleSKUs since Sep 2024, reached 24 Oct 2026; never ScaleSKUs' revenue. Forecast range: our test on past data, 219 seller accounts, 1 Nov 2026.
