Refund and cancellation policy

Cancel any time, from the Billing page, with no lock-in. Refunds are for genuine cases, if you ask within 7 days of the payment. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

  • Version: 27 September 2026

What this covers

In short: ScaleSKUs subscriptions and trials.

We sell software subscriptions — the Starter, Pro and Scale plans, billed monthly, quarterly or yearly, with optional extra seats — and managed services under a separate agreement. We don't sell physical goods, so there is nothing to ship or return.

Free trial

In short: the trial is free; you pay only if you subscribe and don't cancel.

  • The 30-day trial needs no payment method, and nothing is charged unless you subscribe.
  • If you subscribe during the trial, your first charge is taken 30 days after you subscribe (the date is on your Billing page). Cancel before then and nothing is charged — your trial carries on to its end date.

How to cancel

In short: one click on the Billing page, or an email.

  • In the app: the account owner or an admin opens Billing and chooses Cancel plan (or Cancel subscription during a trial). You see what will happen before you confirm, and a confirmation straight after.
  • By email: write to support@scaleskus.com from the address on the account. We confirm the cancellation by email.

What happens when you cancel

In short: no further charges; access runs to the end of what you have paid for.

  • Your subscription stops renewing and no further payments are taken.
  • You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for — monthly, quarterly or yearly.
  • Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period. If you were charged in the last 7 days and something went wrong, see Refunds.
  • Your data is not deleted automatically, so you can come back. You can ask us to delete it — see the privacy policy.

Refunds

In short: genuine cases only, if you ask within 7 days of the payment; approved refunds are paid within 10 working days.

  • Ask within 7 days. You can ask for a refund of a payment within 7 days of the date it was charged. After that, the payment is not refundable.
  • Genuine cases. We look at each request fairly and refund genuine cases — for example a payment taken by mistake or twice, a charge taken after you had cancelled, or a fault on our side that stopped you using the service and that we could not fix.
  • Paid within 10 working days. If we approve your refund, we send it within 10 working days of your request, and we tell you by email either way.
  • Think a charge is wrong? Email us straight away with the date and amount — the sooner you tell us, the sooner we can put it right.

Accounts created before 27 September 2026: until 27 October 2026, the refund terms in the 1 September 2026 Terms apply instead.

How to ask for a refund

In short: one email, from the address on your account.

Write to support@scaleskus.com from the email address on your account within 7 days of the payment. Tell us the date and amount of the payment (Razorpay's receipt has both) and what went wrong. We may ask a question or two before we decide.

How refunds are paid

In short: back to the payment method you used.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through our payment provider, Razorpay, within 10 working days of your request once approved. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

Managed services

In short: your managed-service agreement governs these.

Managed services are billed monthly in advance under a separate agreement, which sets out notice periods and any refunds. Your Amazon advertising spend is paid to Amazon directly and is not refundable by us.

Questions and disputes

In short: write to us first.

Email support@scaleskus.com about any charge or refund and a person replies. If you are not satisfied, the Terms of Service explain how disputes are handled.
