Terms of service

The service

In short: We give you analysis and, on Pro, the ability to approve actions. We do not guarantee sales outcomes.

Scaleskus provides analysis, reporting and optimisation tooling for Amazon advertising and retail data that you authorize us to access. Managed plans additionally provide people who operate your account on your instruction.

We aim for accuracy but the platform depends on data supplied by Amazon’s APIs. We do not warrant that any figure, recommendation or forecast will produce a particular commercial result.

Free trial

In short: Thirty days, no card, cancel any time before it ends and pay nothing.

New customers may use the Pro tier free for thirty days from the date of connection. No payment method is required to begin.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan you selected begins and is billed from that date. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing and leaves no obligation.

Fees, billing and taxes

In short: Prices are in INR, exclude GST, and are billed in advance.

Subscription fees are stated in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is added at the prevailing rate. Fees are billed in advance for the cycle you select — monthly, quarterly or yearly.

Founding-cohort discounts apply for as long as the subscription remains continuously active. Lapsing and re-subscribing forfeits the discount.

Managed-service fees are billed monthly in advance and are separate from your Amazon advertising spend, which you pay Amazon directly.

Cancellation and refunds

In short: Cancel any time. No lock-in. Part-periods are not refunded.

You may cancel at any time from the dashboard or by writing to support@scaleskus.com. Access continues to the end of the paid period.

We do not refund part-periods on monthly plans. For quarterly and yearly plans cancelled mid-term, we refund the unused whole months at the monthly rate, less any discount already taken.

Acceptable use

In short: Use it for your own accounts, lawfully, and do not resell it.

You may use the platform only for Amazon accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You must not attempt to access other customers’ data, reverse-engineer the platform, or resell access without a written agency agreement.

You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your seats.

Your data and authorizations

In short: Your data stays yours. Actions happen only on your instruction.

You retain all rights in your Amazon account data. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

The platform does not write to your account unless you approve an action. Where you approve one, you authorize us to execute it in your account, and each execution is logged with the instruction that caused it.

Handling of personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability and support

In short: We aim high but do not promise perfection on standard plans.

We target high availability and monitor the platform continuously, but standard plans carry no contractual uptime commitment. Enterprise agreements may include an SLA.

Support is provided by email on all plans, with faster response targets on higher managed tiers as published on the pricing page.

Liability

In short: Capped at what you paid us in the previous twelve months.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost advertising revenue.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes and governing law

In short: We give notice of material changes. Indian law applies.

We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email at least thirty days before they take effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Belgaum, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
